Note that additional charges apply to all assessments if the client has aphasia and extra time is required for the assessment.
The price for each assessment includes either completion of the relevant form (COP3, litigation, PA14) or a full court compliant report unless specified otherwise.
LPA certificate provider is included in the LPA capacity assessment price.
What is / isn’t included?
Prices are inclusive of VAT. The cost includes preparation time - reading relevant paperwork, speaking to relatives / caregivers/ professionals, travel time, the capacity assessment and provision of the report by secure email. A surcharge of 60p / mile applies for travel.
If a hardcopy of a report is requested, P & P charges apply.
Payment terms
Payment is to be made in full by bank transfer in advance of the service provided. Appointments are confirmed on receipt of payment. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
