Testamentary capacity with full report £650

A full capacity report is recommended in all cases other than wills involving small estates with few beneficiaries.

What is & isn’t included?
Prices are inclusive of VAT. The cost includes preparation time - reading relevant paperwork, speaking to relatives and/or caregivers, travel time, the capacity assessment and provision of the report by secure email. If the distance travelled is over 5 miles, a surcharge of 55p/mile applies. If a hardcopy of a report is required, P & P charges are applicable.
Payment terms
Payment is to be made in full by bank transfer in advance of the service provided. You will be sent an invoice on confirmation of the appointment. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.
