The price for each assessment includes either completion of the relevant form (COP3, litigation, PA14) or a full court compliant report unless specified otherwise (e.g. testamentary letter, letter attesting capacity to be executor).
LPA certificate provider is included in the LPA capacity assessment price.
What is / isn’t included?
Prices are inclusive of VAT. The cost includes preparation time - reading relevant paperwork, speaking to relatives / caregivers/ professionals, travel time, the capacity assessment and provision of the report by secure email. A surcharge of 55p / mile applies for travel.
If a hardcopy of a report is requested, P & P charges are applicable.
Payment terms
