What is & isn’t included?
Prices are inclusive of VAT. The cost includes preparation time - reading relevant paperwork, speaking to relatives and/or caregivers, travel time, the capacity assessment and provision of the report. If the distance travelled is over 5 miles, a surcharge of 55p/mile applies.
Payment terms
